1. General information
INDIDOGS SL (hereinafter, INDIDOGS) complies with the duty of information contained in article 5 of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter LOPD), Royal Decree 1720/2007, of December 21, which approves the Regulations of the Organic Law and other regulations in force at any given time, and ensures the correct use and treatment of the user's personal data.
INDIDOGS informs the USER that all personal data provided to INDIDOGS through certain spaces and/or web forms will be incorporated into files, created and maintained under the responsibility of INDIDOGS.
In accordance with article 14.2 of Royal Decree 1720/2007, of December 21, a period of thirty days is established for the USER to express his/her refusal to the treatment. In the event that he/she does not make such a statement, it will be understood that he/she consents to the processing of his/her personal data.
2. Data collected
Indidogs will only collect data that enables USERS to access and provide services with guarantees. Also, in the process of purchasing the items made available and sold on the website.
Therefore, the data collected is necessary to be able to send the purchased items:
- Full name
- Home.
- Population.
- Postal Code.
- Telephone contact.
- Email.
- Credit/debit card number to make purchases through the electronic POS system or PayPal account.
3. Purposes of use
3.1. The personal data collected on the website will be used for the purpose of serving, managing and providing a better experience for users, and thereby achieving:
- Attention to information requests.
- Performing administrative tasks associated with web users.
- In general, for contact data, for personalized advertising, commercial and promotional actions.
- Newsletters.
- Any other communication that INDIDOGS deems interesting for the USER and that is related to social purposes.
3.2. Acceptance of the privacy policy implies express consent by the USER to the processing of personal data stated in this section, as well as to the transfer of their data to third parties with whom INDIDOGS has collaboration agreements (courier companies, banking entities, etc.).
Personal data will not be used for advertising purposes without express consent.
This acceptance will always be revocable. The Website and Data Controller will provide mechanisms, as simple and free as possible, for this purpose in its communications (emails or newsletters).
3.3. All data collected and stored from USERS are appropriate and relevant to INDIDOGS and not excessive in relation to the scope and specific, explicit and legitimate purposes for which they were obtained.
4. Data security
4.1.- The person responsible for the file and, where applicable, the person in charge of processing it, shall adopt the necessary technical and organisational measures to guarantee the security of personal data and prevent its alteration, loss, processing or unauthorised access, taking into account the state of the technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed, whether arising from human action or from the physical or natural environment.
4.2.- No personal data will be recorded in files stored in treatment centres, premises, equipment, systems and programmes that do not meet the integrity and security conditions required by current data protection regulations.
EXERCISE OF ARCO RIGHTS
The reason for including this section is aimed at improving communication and helping to manage requests to exercise ARCO rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition) as established by the LOPD.
Right of Access:
The person entitled to exercise the Right of Access must be the person subject to the processing; with the exercise of his/her right, the data that has been stored about you derived from the forms, communications and commercial relations that may be established between the parties will be communicated to him/her.
Right of Rectification:
The interested party may contact us so that they can notify us, in a reliable manner, of the data that does not correspond to their person, or those that they want to be rectified or modified for this purpose.
Right of Cancellation:
In the event that the USER wants the data that has been stored about him/her, derived from the forms, communications or commercial relations established between the parties, to be deleted or cancelled.
Personal data will be deleted when they are no longer necessary or relevant for the purpose for which they were collected or recorded.
Right of Objection:
In order to define the purposes and use of the USER's data, for which the USER has given his/her consent, to clarify that commercial, advertising or informational communications (newsletters) have a functionality that allows the right to object to be exercised directly.
Procedure to exercise ARCO RIGHTS:
Article 25 establishes the procedure for exercising it through communication addressed to the File Manager, which will contain:
- Name and Surname of the USER.
- Photocopy of ID card or equivalent document, or of your passport or other valid document that identifies you and, where applicable, of the person representing you, or equivalent electronic instruments; as well as the document or electronic instrument accrediting such representation. The use of the electronic signature identifying the affected party will exempt the submission of photocopies of the ID card or equivalent document, petition specifying the request, address for notification purposes, date and signature of the applicant, supporting documents in the request made, where applicable.

Additional Information:
In accordance with art. 17 of the LOPD 15/1999, which establishes that the procedures for exercising the rights of choice and access, as well as those of rectification and cancellation (ARCO) will be established by regulation. In art. 24 of regulation 1720/2007, which develops the LOPD, the general conditions for the exercise of ARCO rights are established.
The rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition are independent rights, such that it cannot be understood that the exercise of any of them is a prerequisite for the exercise of another.
